Every professional submits ID and, where applicable, business registration, plus references from past work. Our team reviews each application by hand before approving — the public trust badge means a pro's identity has been verified by Homecraft.

Money is held in milestone escrow and released only when you approve. Reviews are tied to paid, completed orders, so they can't be faked or bought. If something goes wrong, our support team mediates using the original brief and the submitted work as evidence.
